Requirements

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience in construction required and must include either municipal or federal projects. Preferred with multi-million dollar water/wastewater, or heavy civil projects.


  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management, or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.


  • Computer Skills: Required: Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams  Preferred: Bluebeam, Raken, Primavera P6, and InEight Estimating


  • Demonstrated ability to create and adhere to construction schedules and budgets for water/wastewater projects.


  • Demonstrated ability to be highly analytical and have detailed documentation skills.


  • Proven leadership and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels.


  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, demonstrating integrity and respect at all times.

Project Manager

Oversee both the administrative and technical aspects of construction, ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. This role provides the opportunity to manage complex projects utilizing various delivery methods with different clients. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to manage materials, production, costs, and documentation, while gaining exposure to all phases of project delivery.
