Project Manager

Oversee both the administrative and technical aspects of construction, ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. This role provides the opportunity to manage complex projects utilizing various delivery methods with different clients. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to manage materials, production, costs, and documentation, while gaining exposure to all phases of project delivery.

Project Engineer

Manage the administrative and technical aspects of projects. Overseeing a team of field personnel and engineers, you will serve as the main liaison between the project manager and the team, focusing on cost, revenue, schedule, and safety. You will assist the project management team with tasks such as planning, scheduling, cost management, and logistics, as well as negotiating material purchases, maintaining documentation, and serving as a point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers.

Office Internship

Support the Project team with various activities related to design, permitting, and on-site construction projects. You will support project planning, scheduling, cost management, and logistics, working under the Project Engineer and Project Manager to ensure the project’s success. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for keeping the project on track. You will learn essential skills to become a Project Engineer.

Superintendent

Supervisory on-site field management and be responsible for multiple foremen, laborers, and craft workers. You will be responsible for organizing, developing work methods, scheduling, cost control, ensuring conformity with drawings and specifications, ensuring workmanship, and assigning work to accomplish the project's execution. We rely on our passionate, skilled, and safety-conscious construction professionals to get the job done right the first time.

Foreman

Supervises and directs a crew to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key duties include managing daily crew activities, coordinating with supervisors, enforcing safety regulations, ensuring the quality of work, and overseeing logistics such as material and equipment management. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as physical fitness and the ability to operate heavy equipment.

Field Internship

Assists the Project team with various activities for on-site construction projects. You will be working under the project Foreperson and Superintendent to ensure the project’s success. A willingness to learn with high attention to detail and organizational skills is essential for keeping the project on track.

Operator

We are seeking an experienced operator who can operate equipment safely and productively, and is well-versed in all types of machinery, including Excavators, skid steers, Loaders, Backhoes, and Compactors. Must have experience in activities such as excavating, backfilling, trenching, ditching, clearing, looming, fine grading, and final clean-up. The Operator is an integral part of working alongside the crews and helping wherever needed, on or off a machine.

Truck Driver/Teamster

Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites, perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensures loads are secure, and follows all safety regulations. Key duties include operating heavy trucks, such as dump trucks, performing minor maintenance, maintaining accurate logs, and coordinating with site managers to ensure timely deliveries.

Laborer

We are always hiring dedicated construction laborers to join our team. We are looking for hard-working individuals who enjoy being active and working on their feet throughout the day. To excel in this role, you should be physically fit, reliable, and a diligent worker. The ideal candidate must also be able to use essential tools such as tape measurers, hammers, wrenches, and power tools to perform their assigned tasks accurately.
