Requirements
Minimum five (5) years of construction experience as an operator in heavy civil or utility construction
Firm knowledge of equipment operations and maintenance with the ability to perform operator-level maintenance on the machine.
Ability to operate a variety of heavy equipment safely with experience in rigging, grading, excavation, and compaction as part of a crew.
Understand safe working loads and signals with the ability to handle trench boxes of all sizes and shapes
Journeyman status from a state-approved program (preferred)
Operator
We are seeking an experienced operator who can operate equipment safely and productively, and is well-versed in all types of machinery, including Excavators, skid steers, Loaders, Backhoes, and Compactors. Must have experience in activities such as excavating, backfilling, trenching, ditching, clearing, looming, fine grading, and final clean-up. The Operator is an integral part of working alongside the crews and helping wherever needed, on or off a machine.
